All Waiotapu Tickets are valid for one time admission within 3 months of date of purchase.
IMPORTANT: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If your planned visit is more than three months ahead, please visit this page again closer to the time of your arrival. Please be assured that tickets will not sell out, and you will be able to visit on your preferred date.
There are currently no restrictions to the number of visitors entering the park.
Waiotapu Thermal Wonderland is a CASHLESS site; we accept all major credit cards and Chinese payment options. All prices are in New Zealand Currency (NZD).
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
If you require a shuttle service from Rotorua, please book direct with the Rotorua iSite
We are open seven days a week, from 8:30am - 4:30pm, with the final admission at 3pm.
Lady Knox geyser presentation 10.15am daily, arrive by 9.45am.
Please note that we are closed on Christmas Day.
